Instructions:
Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and place them in a blender.
Add the avocado, mixed berries, banana, chia seeds or flaxseeds, maca powder, ashwagandha powder, ground cinnamon, and stress-reducing mushrooms to the blender.
Pour in the unsweetened almond milk or coconut water.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more liquid to reach your desired consistency.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness as needed by adding more berries, banana, or liquid.
